Butler – private family Monaco

A UHNW family based in Monaco is seeking an experienced and proactive Butler to join their household team. This is a long-term position in a dynamic environment, offering the opportunity to grow with the family and work alongside a professional household staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Impeccable Service: Deliver formal table service, guest reception, and seamless support during meals and private events.

• Household Coordination: Support day-to-day operations and liaise with the wider team to ensure the household runs smoothly.

• Valet Duties: Manage wardrobe care for the principal (packing/unpacking, suits, shoes, and accessories).

• Inventory & Supplies: Oversee household stock and keep preferences up to date, including fridge and pantry.

• Wine & Events: Curate and serve wine; plan and coordinate events with external providers (florists, caterers, etc.).

• Kitchen Assistance: Provide hands-on support in the kitchen when required.

• General Support: Step in where needed to maintain a comfortable and efficient environment.

Desired Profile

• Proven experience as a Butler or in a comparable role within a private household or UHNW environment.

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

• Energetic, proactive and flexible with a genuine service mindset.

• Willingness to travel with the family, including to their US residence.

• Excellent English; French is an advantage.

• European passport required to facilitate employment in Monaco.

Schedule & Package

• Full-time, five-day work week with flexibility required.
