At Noble House Collective, we go far beyond traditional placement services. Our recruitment process is highly personalized, discreet, and deeply rooted in understanding your household culture, service standards, and long-term goals.

1. Intake & Tailored Briefing

We begin with a confidential consultation to understand your lifestyle, staff dynamics, expectations, and environment. From there, we craft a custom job description that is honest, appealing, and aligned with your household’s standards.

We leverage our global network of exceptional talent — including graduates of elite institutions — and tap into the power of our community. This is the true strength of Noble House Collective: a deeply connected circle of professionals who trust us, and each other.

Through these relationships, we are able to discreetly identify candidates who are not publicly available and who meet the highest standards of service, discretion, and cultural fit. Every candidate is handpicked and pre-screened with care.

You will receive a carefully curated shortlist, including detailed resumes, verified references, professional photographs, and our interview notes and observations. We only present candidates who meet your exact requirements — both in competence and character.

We support you through every step: from coordinating interviews and trial days to advising on final negotiations. Once you’ve selected your candidate, we ensure a smooth onboarding.

We remain closely involved after placement to ensure that both client and candidate are supported, and that the working relationship is successful and sustainable over time. You can count on our discretion, responsiveness, and long-term commitment — even after the contract is signed.

Our service is based on a one-time placement fee, calculated as a percentage of the candidate’s gross annual salary. We operate on a no-cure-no-pay basis, meaning we only issue an invoice once a candidate has formally signed a work agreement with you.

This approach reflects our confidence in finding the right fit — and keeps your investment tied to results.

Unlike regular placement agencies, we guarantee our clients a successful placement. If a candidate placed by us resigns or is dismissed — provided this is not due to unreasonable working conditions — within the probation period (between 1 – maximum 3 months), we will source and present a substitute candidate free of charge, excluding any external expenses (e.g., travel for interviews). This process continues until you are fully satisfied.
