Anoesjka is a visionary leader in elite domestic hospitality, with over 13 years of unparalleled experience shaping the highest standards in private service. In 2011, she launched Maid at Home, a distinguished luxury brand for professional housekeepers in the Netherlands, combining her expertise in public administration, entrepreneurship, and innovation.

At the renowned International Butler Academy in Simpelveld, Anoesjka didn’t just teach ‘ Housekeeping’—she revolutionized the training landscape by designing a groundbreaking housekeeping management system. This comprehensive framework seamlessly integrates advanced cleaning techniques, rigorous quality checkpoints, and expert staff management protocols. Her system has redefined efficiency and excellence, setting a global benchmark for private service education.

Beyond curriculum development, Anoesjka served as Recruitment Director, expertly placing elite butlers and household staff with royal families, private estates, and luxury hospitality clients worldwide—always with an unwavering commitment to discretion and impeccable service.

Charles Markham is a classically trained butler and accomplished security professional with over a decade of experience in top-tier service and protection. With a background in armed protection for the British government and the Royal Household of the United Kingdom he combines exceptional discretion with precision and loyalty.

After graduating from The International Butler Academy (TIBA), Charles fully transitioned into high-end butlering and personal assistant roles for UHNW families. He has worked with a private royal-oriented family with extensive responsibilities in personal service, travel management, staff oversight, and logistical support across the US, UK, and Europe.

His unique blend of royal etiquette, high-level security awareness, and personal dedication makes Charles an exceptionally valuable asset in any demanding household. He excels in personal assistance, fine dining service, security-conscious operations, and upholding strict confidentiality.
